Every project is started comprehensively from the ground up.  I do a complete site analysis taking in wind, views, terrain, weather and the surrounding context, etc. gaining a full understanding of the scope of the project. With this I really listen and learn how you currently live your life and how you see yourself living your life in your new home.  My goal is to create a space that allows your life to flow in the most efficient way possible while still giving you the daily inspiration you seek while living in this new home.

I will bring forth hand sketches, interior and exterior digital modeling, Floor plans, elevations and sections as we explore and develop your dream project together.  The final project is a complete set of construction documents to bid, permit and build from.
